Aaron Nehan is a 34-year-old multidisciplinary artist with over a decade of experience in the art world. He studied film in Madrid at an early age and then decided to do a postgraduate course in multimedia communication & design. Always with a burning desire for learning, Aaron also studied different courses to complete his formation.
His primary passion and goal is to become one of the most recognized film directors at the international level. He has dedicated his life to artistic creation and exploration, and he has recently completed his first feature film script, for which he is seeking funds in order to direct his first movie.
Aaron’s work is intimate, trying to delve ever more into the human mind and its resources. That’s the reason why part of his work is focused on human relations, love-hate situations, sex, and sensuality.
The silences, the words drowned in the eyes, everything that can be expressed, and the free interpretations that all this can have are present. The storytelling through a scene composition and the staging of the actors in a concrete space, with subtlety and expressiveness in their acting, is as important as the empty spaces revealing essential information. But his production wouldn’t be the same without expressing his sensitivity and inside conflict through the contrast of warm and cold colours, saturation, and B&W.
Aaron strives to maintain elegance and exclusivity in his work, always valuing honesty and closeness with his audience. His style is modern and authentic, always avoiding the superficial. He draws inspiration from great directors such as David Lynch, Gaspar Noé, or Ingmar Bergman, and his mission is to create films that not only leave a mark but also inspire and guide other filmmakers and artists.
Throughout his career, Aaron aims to be a reference in the film industry, aspiring to be an example for many in the field. He is excited about what the future holds and committed to excellence in every project he undertakes.
Also, photography, collage, poetry; with his book ‘La disciplina de Ezis’, and music are part of his career and key pillars to understanding his art as a whole.
